My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious and elegant, with a lovely porch and a separate living area, making it even more luxurious than our king-size bed at home. The location was superb, enabling me to take a nice walk into downtown Saratoga and back, although finding parking on the hill was a bit tricky. The dining was fast and delicious, although it was an additional cost on top of the room price.
This hotel is within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs, which is a nice town to visit. The rooms are a good size and have everything we needed, but the closet space was limited. The staff are all very nice and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. The location enables a sturdy walk into downtown Saratoga and back, though the hotel has a bit of a 'tired' feel to it. The dining options were basic, and the hotel could improve on the variety offered. Overall, it's a decent place to stay for its convenience and friendly service.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were elegant and gorgeously appointed, living up to JW standards. Being close to the elevator was convenient. The service at the Bistro was top-notch, with the staff being very kind and nice to me. The location was perfect, handy to the lovely downtown area. I enjoyed the dining experience in the lobby in the morning. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious but could use a good vacuum, and unfortunately, I was awakened by loud guests at 3:30 am as my room was directly above the front lobby. However, the service was nice and friendly, especially RoseMarie in the Bistro. The location was outstanding, enabling me to take a sturdy walk into downtown Saratoga Springs, which is a nice town to visit. The dining was good but came at an additional cost, which I found disappointing.
The hotel had a cozy feel to it and was convenient to the downtown area, but could use a room update. The service by Sandy and the shuttle driver was excellent, though the bathroom cleanliness could be improved. The location was close to downtown and restaurants but had a slightly tired feel. The dining experience was decent but added to the already pricey hotel cost.
